Especially sa mga developers hehe pero tama naman dapat talaga may balance ang trabaho at pleasure... Before may team sa amin na dun na sa office nagoovernight as in hindi na sila umuuwi para lang madeliver yung project... In the end hindi rin naging productive yung team at pinull out yung project :( Hmm.. parang hindi maiiwasan yung ganito sa IT a..
