Anyhow, I just really hope that they will not make it “baduy”… I hope they will do their best to live up to the expectations of filipino twi fans; coz accept it or not, this “telenovela” would be watched by LOADS of twi fans..

konjurer8672, I kinda agree with you regarding the “whole word watching the teleserye thing”. Philippines could be recognized as one of the first countries to adapt “twilight”… so, I dearly hope that Rayver and Shaina will work hard on this, coz Filipinos will not be the only race who’ll catch a glimpse on this, but there could be possibilities that even people behind the foreign version of “twilight” will stumble upon it.. (who knows?, maybe Stephenie herself, or Rob or Kristen)..

but then again, people would somehow discriminate our race.. err… you should see how “mga kano” commented on the said issue… grr.. some of them stumbled upon the news already, and they were like, freakin’ out when they saw rayver’s face…

so more power!

I think Twilight’s overrated, anyway. No offense, but the plot’s a nobrainer for me. I’ve read the book. Twice. The series just went downhill from the first one. However, the whole weak writing thing, for me, just sits well with local Pinoy soaps. Just my two cents. Sorry if I offend some fans.

Then, again, I’m seeing this in a positive light. Sooner or later, someone will post subtitled episodes of these in the net, and Twilight fans all over the world will watch it, bringing our country into the map. Koreanovellas, Chinovellas, and Mexicanovellas are known around the world, and who knows. Maybe Teleseryes will follow suit.
